Here is another pizza favorite! It’s best with fresh rosemary but still good with dried. Also, try fresh tomatoes in the summer – I’m sure it would be great. I love sundried tomatoes but fresh ones are always so good on pizza too. If you use fresh tomatoes, make sure you add a tablespoon or two of olive oil since you won’t be getting the oil that’s with the sundried tomatoes.

Melanie’s Lemon Grilled Chicken
1 lb chicken breasts
Juice of one lemon
3 Tb oil
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp oregano
Marinate chicken over night. Grill. Yum! This is perfect for salads too…pretty much any recipe that calls for chopped, cooked chicken that you would like to add extra flavor to.
