Favorite Pork Roast

Pork Sirloin Tip Roast (they come in a 3 pack at Costco-and (BONUS)are 98% Fat Free)
Ranch dressing mix (the dry packet)
You simply put the roast in the crockpot(they are about 2lbs), sprinkle on about 1/2 of the ranch dressing packet. Fill the crockpot about 1/3-1/2 with water and cook on low for about 5-8 hours. The roast is done when you can easily shred it up with your fork. Super tender and flavorful!
**I served it with (super fun and yummy) crash hot potatoes (from pioneer woman cooks) and my all time FAVORITE, most wonderful buttermilk rolls (recipe to come soon!!). It was great!!

I love that pork roast! Yum!
Sounds Yum-E! (Ranch pork roast is popular at our family gatherings too . . . we add cream cheese and cream of chicken soup and serve it over rice . . . also yum!)
Yummy!! That all looks so good! :)
Hey – those crash potatoes from Pioneer Woman are also on my list of recipes to make! They look so good.
I will definitely try that roast. It looks wonderful. I think you made it last time I visited Utah…
Great recipes ladies! It all looks incredible, I’ve been eying those potatoes for a while!
I noticed your silpat on the bottom of the potatoes…Isn’t that thing the best?! Thanks for the great recipes. I use them often. This one, I will try this weekend!

That looks so good. I added the pork recipe to my menu this month. I cant wait to try it. I agree the hot crashed potatoes are awesome.
Looks tasty! I can’t wait to see the buttermilk roll recipe. I have lots in my fridge so I hope it is soon..ha!
Honestly, I was a little skeptical about this recipe because I was afraid it would be too bland. I was pleasantly surprised. While it kind of had a subtle taste, the flavor was good and it was very moist. I was so excited about finding this recipe because we have the late church schedule and I’ve decided that I need to find some good crockpot recipes so we can eat right when we get home on Sunday. Everyone in my family loved the roast and it absolutely could not be easier! I’m going to let one of my kids make it next time because it’s so super simple. I think it would be a great dish to use in leftovers–perhaps in sandwiches or rolled up in a tortilla with some spicy additions. Thanks for a great recipe that I will definitely keep.
I have a couple questions. I need specific directions. ;-) I bought it today at Costco and it came in a 4 pack and are about 2lbs each. Did you just put 1 in? What size crockpot did you use? And will it feed 4 adults with any leftovers? I have the missionaries coming over for dinner tomorrow and this looks easy enough. Thanks curlyboom at yahoo dot com
