Stuffed Mushrooms

These were a Super Bowl party hit this year! I’ve always loved stuffed mushrooms, and I think this is my favorite recipe. Thanks to my sister, Melanie, for introducing me to these delicious little mushrooms.

I have been reading your blog for some time now and must say I am addicted. I love that fact that this is a joint effort (which makes me so jealous as my sister and I are worlds apart but live 5 mins from each other!).

Quick question when you say sausage is that like sausage meat (not formed into a sausage)? You guys have different lingo for some words than we do down here in Australia!! LOL!!

Keep up the great work.

Jo

HI Jo, I’ll answer for mindy! The sausage is not formed into a sausage – it’s just the ground up sausage meat! Hope that helps! Brittany
