I will plan a weekly dinner menu. To help me keep this goal I would like to commit to ya’ll (I do live in the south now:) to post that menu each Monday at melandboys.blogspot.com . I am confident this will save me from the awful 5:oopm ‘augh what to make for dinner stress’. I have been collecting some delicious and healthy recipes to try. I am going for a HEALTHY –less meat and more vegetables and whole grains diet for my family.
