Chopped Pizza

by Erin on February 19, 2011

Another recipe from my trusty Rhodes Bake n Serve cookbook. :)  I’ve been loving their great ideas in that book. And the idea of serving pizza “chopped” turned out to be a hit!
I make homemade whole wheat bread a few times a month, and when I do I usually reserve a portion of the dough to make something for dinner that night. Usually I make a regular pizza crust out of it. But recently I’ve made this chopped pizza instead, and it’s been a fun and yummy way to change things up!
You don’t necessarily have to have everything measured out just perfectly. When I make this I don’t measure anything. I just have piles of all the ingredients and add handfuls as I need them. That’s the beauty of pizza. :)
Hope you enjoy!

What a wonderful idea. It looks similar to the pull apart cinnamon bread. My kids will love eating pizza like this.
