Here is one of the yummy grilled chicken recipes I used on the 4th of the July. This one is with boneless, skinless breasts! (remember my not-so-healthy-but-delicious Bbq Chicken recipe a couple weeks ago?) This marinade is super easy – just 4 ingredients – but it is fantastic. Using buttermilk, makes the chicken very moist. The rosemary and seasonings give it a simple flavor that is just delicious, especially when grilled on the barbecue.
